What is Floating?

Flotation therapy, also called floating, is laying in a heavily saturated solution of Epsom salt and water. It frees you from the sensation of gravity, temperature, touch, sight and sound. It can potentially conserve and redirect an immense amount of physical and mental energy.

When you float it decompresses the spine and helps to induce a state of ultra-deep relaxation that can lower cortisol and melt away the tension stored in your muscles.

Floating Calms the Mind and Re-energizes You

Being in the float pod is extremely effective at calming the mind, which greatly accelerates our body’s ability to heal itself from the rigors of modern life.  If you suffer from stress, lack of sleep, intense workouts, jet lag, hangovers, chronic pain, addictions, anxiety and depression a 60 minute float might be worth a try.

Float therapy works wonders for relaxation and recovery. It can also provide chronic pain relief, boost creativity, and leave you with a joyful serenity that can last for days.

You may have heard that taking a cat nap can increase your energy, but this is much better than a cat nap. Floating for an hour allows you to clear your head, re-energize your body and your mind. Give it a try.
