Innovation Wellness — Early, TX
Compression Therapy
Dynamic air compression to support circulation, reduce soreness, and help tired muscles recover faster.
About Compression Therapy
Compression therapy uses dynamic air compression sleeves to help support recovery, circulation, and relief from tired, heavy, or sore limbs. Innovation Wellness uses Normatec compression, which rhythmically inflates and deflates to mimic the body's natural muscle pump. This service is built for athletes, active adults, people who stand for long periods, frequent travelers, and anyone dealing with swelling, post-workout soreness, or general leg fatigue. Whether you use it before a workout to warm up or after to recover, compression therapy is designed to help you feel lighter, recover faster, and move more comfortably.

What to Expect
Choose Your Zone
Select the compression zone that fits your needs — arms, legs, or hips. Sleeves are fitted over your clothing and adjusted for comfort.
Relax During the Session
The Normatec sleeves rhythmically inflate and deflate, working from the distal end inward to mimic your body's natural muscle pump. Sessions typically run 30–60 minutes.
Feel the Difference
Most clients leave feeling lighter and less sore. Drink water afterward to support continued circulation and recovery.
Frequently Asked Questions
What compression zones are available?
We offer three zones: the arm zone (shoulder to hands), the leg zone (thighs to feet), and the hip zone (hips, glutes, and lower back). You can discuss which zone is best for your goals at the time of your session.
Who is compression therapy good for?
Compression therapy is popular with athletes, nurses, office workers, frequent flyers, and anyone dealing with leg fatigue, swelling, post-workout soreness, or circulation concerns.
Can I use compression therapy before a workout?
Yes. Pre-workout compression can help warm up muscles and increase circulation. It is equally effective after training to support recovery.
Can I combine it with other services?
Compression therapy pairs well with PEMF, infrared sauna, and infrared light therapy for a more complete recovery session.
Is it safe for everyone?
Most people tolerate compression therapy well. If you have a history of deep vein thrombosis, active infection, or certain circulatory conditions, let us know before booking so we can make sure it is appropriate for you.
