COR One ESR Inflammation Test
A finger-prick. Your inflammation number.
We start with a fingertip — a small finger prick to collect about six drops of blood. That sample is analyzed by our COR One device to measure your erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR): a well-established blood marker that reflects how much systemic inflammation your body is carrying. You'll have a report with your results in about 30 minutes.
ESR is best understood as both a snapshot of the moment and a composite signal from multiple inflammatory pathways across your whole body. It's stable, it's trackable, and it's uniquely suited for connecting your daily habits to your long-term health. When clients track their ESR consistently, they start to see their inflammation respond to lifestyle changes — sleep, light therapy, movement — in ways that validate what they feel in their own bodies.
Individual tests are $35; members pay $29. Your first test is included free with this package.
